Cable manufacture
We produce cable harnesses and cabling systems for military, aeronautical and civilian applications. In doing so, we attach the utmost importance to quality – all cabling work is subject to a 100% outbound inspection! 
No matter whether you need connecting lines, appliance cabling, fixed cable harnesses, ready-made individual strands, data lines or underwater cables – we also produce small volumes on a customer-specific basis in line with your documentation.
 In our development and project planning department, we are distinguished as a qualified contact for technical issues thanks to longstanding experience in the planning and manufacture of cabling systems. It goes without saying that our design and production work is carried out in accordance with all current standards such as DIN, MIL-STD, VG, CECC etc. We are certified as a system supplier for the military and aeronautical sector through compliance with DIN EN 9120 and the NATO CAGE code C6689.

 JVS production line
This production line allows us to manufacture sea-watertight connectors of the MIL-DTL38999 series III JVS in line with your requirements. These are CECC tested and are used in the maritime sector as well as diverse offshore applications (see also here. We supply all housing sizes and a large range of insulators so as to be able to manufacture the right connector for you.
Series 8811 production line
Complete production and final assembly in our company allows you to readily utilize the ATEX-tested connectors watertight up to 1000m. You can find detailed information here.

Fiber-optic cable work
 Our company has a complete fiber-optic cable plant where we produce military and industrial connectors. We can machine polymer and glass fibers from 9 µm-125 µm in single- and multimode range. Our special measuring and test equipment allows us to evaluate complex optical waveguide systems on site while assembled. This can also be documented in corresponding measuring records if required. Longstanding experience and over 1000 military contacts produced in 2007 is testimony of outstanding expertise in developing suitable systems for your applications. The corresponding systems can also be installed worldwide on request.

Pressure tests
 By manufacturing products and cable harnesses for use in underwater applications, we are able to carry out pressure tests for technical appliances of all types up to 1200 bar in the company. The maximum volume of the test object can be max. 1m³, depending on the test pressure. We can also offer these tests as a service for you and your newly developed devices. The tests are also confirmed with a test certificate on request.

Injection molding technology
 Sealing systems for connectors can be produced in this department. These consist of elastomers which can be processed as band material into different end products such as rubber sleeves, flat seals etc. using corresponding tools. Solutions have also been realized for customer-specific special solutions to existing connector systems. In this way, we offer to combine our expertise with your development with the aim of effectively accompanying your product from the prototype stage through to series production readiness.
We also produce connecting cables and cable harnesses complete with injection-molded lines on request.
